Undercover Investigations
The careful placement of one of our investigators, posing as a normal employee, within your business, or targeted environment, enables us to provide you with an overall, detailed picture of any internal problems that may exist, allowing remedial plans to be drawn up and implemented, at the earliest possible time, often with our investigator still in situ, to gauge staff reaction to their introduction.
Test Purchasing
The integrity of staff can be assessed by routine test purchasing, often referred to as ‘secret shopping’, which can be targeted towards known problem areas, and / or personnel, as well as providing intelligence about efficiency, and staff attitudes towards customers.
